Varun Kolachina is currently a Sports Editor and joined The Hawkeye in 2020. He was originally a Sports Writer until he joined the Sports editorial staff at the end of his sophomore year. Aside from The Hawkeye, Varun is involved with the Boys Varsity Basketball team as the Team Captain and is a member of the National Honor Society. In his free time, he enjoys learning about economics and playing the piano.
