From the spirited role plays with his sibling to teaching high school biology across the East Coast, Mr. Lee has experienced a lot of life. With the chance to make a life-altering impact, he has made it his ultimate goal to spread messages of selflessness and generosity to his students. Arriving at JP this year is a new teacher, Mr. Allen Lee. 

Mr. Lee always had the desire to spread knowledge to the younger generations from a very young age. With this goal in mind, he soon directed himself to become a memorable and influential teacher. Mr. Lee lives by example, showing others around him what it means to be kind to all, especially to the budding youth of JP whom Mr. Lee is fortunate enough to have in class! He plans to shed a gleaming light of generosity onto students’ lives, coaxing them into the most vibrant versions of themselves. 

As he was getting his degree, Mr. Lee was known to be a bit of an introvert, often letting his discomfort in social situations dictate how he felt about being social in general. He now wishes that no one has to feel the “a room with no windows” experience where one feels trapped in a social setting, alone, with no way out and no lifeline. Being kind to everyone and trying to inspire joy in those around you is exactly the type of lesson that Mr. Lee carries with him throughout life. Overall, regardless of the obstacles he faced through college, he has touched many students’ lives with his commendable personality and informative teaching methods. 

“You never know what someone is going through.” Mr. Lee states as he plans to instill the importance of empathy within his students. This notion molds students into virtuous human beings who radiate positivity and always are there for their friends and family. He later expresses: “I resonate with those students that are outcasts or those that I see struggle with their identity.” Mr. Lee often connects to those who are deemed to have an awry path, but with the notions of positivity and kindness, an entire life can be refurbished. Being affectionate to our fellow human beings, in his opinion, is one of the most important characteristics you can possess. 

Kindness doesn’t have a price tag. One doesn’t need to “buy” it, but it is rather a free, scintillating force that can shape someone’s life and their future. Kindness is a universal lesson that is spread at the hands of every individual who truly believes in the power of goodwill; kindness is the warm blanket that covers all of humankind, to protect them from the harsh, and staggering cold; kindness is the luminescent light that casts the path of positivity to its greatest. These are the reasons behind Mr. Allen Lee’s philosophy, and his life-changing ideals are what inspire all those who step foot into his classroom to walk along the path of positivity.
